Order BADGES (by
May 9, 2007)
As
part of your booth package, you receive two badges per space that
will admit staff to educational sessions (see the online link or
print
a form for complete information). Please
let us know who
will be staffing your booth so we will have a badge for them. Some
people
think that they provided us this information on the contract.
However, we don’t ask for this on the contract (just for contact
information), since
many people do not know at the time they complete the contract who
will be staffing their booth.

Order MAILING LISTS
(by May 9,
2007)
Included
in your booth fee are three mailing lists. Please let us know
whether you want NEHA’s Membership List, or one of our Specialty
Lists (see order form for choices), and where you want it sent.
You will automatically get the Pre-Conference Attendee List (by
June 1,
2007), and Post-Conference Attendee List (by July 15, 2007).

Reserve your HOTEL
ROOM (rooms
are likely to sell out
soon)
The
exhibition, all educational sessions, meetings, and most social
events will be held at the Tropicana Atlantic City Casino and
Resort. Rooms
are $119 in the North, South, and West Towers (they are closest to
the exhibition), and $154 in the Havana Tower (recently renovated
and
closest to The Quarter where many shops and restaurants are
located).

Return the ELECTRICAL
SERVICE FORM—Even
If You Are NOT Ordering Electrical Service (by
May
25, 2007 to avoid late service charge on special orders)
A
four-outlet standard electrical receptacle will be provided to
each booth at no charge this year. However, the hotel requires
that all exhibitors
return the Tropicana Application for Electrical Service form you
will find in the AEX Exhibitor Kit on page 22. If you need more
sophisticated electrical
service you may order it on this form.

Started information
For
whomever is actually coming to the AEC & Exhibition, this is
some basic information to help them get started. Please print it
and take
it with you if you are attending, or give it to your booth staff.
It includes location, directions, hours, a floor plan, and an
exhibitor list.

Know the RULES
Please
review these two documents, Exhibit Terms, and NEHA Communication
and Information Policy, so that you will know the AEC &
Exhibition
rules.

SHIP
your materials
Information
on shipping any materials you need for the show may be found in
the AEX Exhibitor Kit. Please be aware that shipments to the
AEX Convention Services warehouse must be shipped to ARRIVE
at their facility
between May 18, 2007 and June 11, 2007. Shipments
to show site may only arrive on June 18, and only between 1:00 and
5:00pm. The show opens at 6:00pm.
