To receive the discounted room rates, mention the National Environmental Health Association. A one-night room deposit per room is required to guarantee your reservation. Check-in is 4:00pm (6:00pm on Sunday). Check-out time is noon.

Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of one night's room and tax. Reservations made after the cutoff date are on a space-availability basis at the regular rate.
