How do I find the advisor that I
need? There are several different ways. You can search through our
list of advisors by name or by specialty, or you can contact NEHA to
talk with us about what your needs are and we will help you choose
the person(s) best capable of helping you.
How do I participate? To participate in this program, identify
the advisor you wish to work with, give us a call, and we’ll work
out the details. We consult with you free of charge to determine how
to help you best.
Do the Advisors come to my office? Many times the consultations
will be done via phone conversations, but we will work to make it
work best for you. If the advisor is capable of working with you
locally, we will work to make it happen.
How do I pay? Generally, payments are made in advance, depending
on the scope of the project. For more in-depth advisements, we will
work out payment details with you.
I have a large project, can you work with me? Yes. We can pull
together from one advisor to a full team depending on the scope of
the project.
What if I want to have more time? If, after your consultation is
over and find that you need more time, you will be able to make
arrangements through NEHA for more time.
What if I am not satisfied with the caliber of the advisement? NEHA is very concerned that this be a high quality program. As such,
we will refund in full any consultation service that you deem
unacceptable. To qualify for this refund, you must submit a written
record within 30 days after the service has been provided as to why
you are dissatisfied.
