ABOUT THE POSITION
Direct program policies and
procedures, establish priorities, and effectively communicate with both
internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee and continuously
improve the Company's shipboard environmental audits and other quality
Further develop the
Company's innovative crew health initiatives and carefully measure
outcomes through data-driven analysis.
Demonstrate the depth of
training, experience, and sensitivity necessary to respond to a wide
variety of public health issues.
Develop and implement
specialized educational programs and materials to standardize public
health activities across all ships.
Demonstrate practiced staff
leadership and key relationship development skills.
Build working relationships
within the industry and profession both internationally and domestically
that add to the Company s health management programs, outcomes, and

Master's degree in Public Health, environmental health, the biological
sciences or equivalent field with a minimum of five (5) years'
experience in managing or administering public health programs.
Doctoral degree preferred.
Previous experience working in a public health agency, health sciences,
health administration, a corporate environment directing public health,
or in a closely related field required.
Previous experience with being accountable for managing a budget,
planning and forecasting.
ability to travel internationally is essential for this role.
ability to be on call 24/7 and be able to respond to emergency
situations is essential.
