Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bookstore Refund Policy

If not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping or return shipping). Please notify staff@neha.org of reason for return prior to shipping the books back to NEHA.  Books must be in good condition and unmarked. Please include reason for return and your NEHA Customer ID. 

 

Exhibit Space Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of all, or part, of the exhibit space must be in writing to NEHA. Exhibitors canceling between October 1, 2015 and February 15, 2016, will forfeit 50% of the total rental. No refunds will be issued after February 15, 2016. If the exhibitor does not make full payment when due under the terms of this contract, NEHA reserves the right to terminate this contract and the exhibitor shall be responsible for payment to NEHA of all amounts which would have been due NEHA under the terms of this contract.

 

AEC Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing for consideration. If NEHA is notified by May 31, 2016, a full refund will be issued - less a $50 nonrefundable service fee for all cancellations.  No refunds will be granted after May 31, 2016.
