NEHA credentials are valid for two years after which they must be renewed. Renewal notices are sent to the email addresses included in your MyNEHA account.
To renew a NEHA credential the credential holder must:
- Submit the required number of continuing education contact hours
- Pay the renewal fee
- Login to MyNEHA
- Select “NEHA Credentials” from the menu, then “Report CEs” and complete the form
- Select “Shop” from the menu and enter the credential name in the search. Select the credential and add it to the cart
- Select “Continue to Cart,” then “Checkout” and enter payment
An order summary will be emailed after the transaction is complete.

There is a late fee applied when renewal fees and CEs are not received by the credential expiration date.
