Certificate of Merit Application - Team

Each affiliate in good standing is invited to designate two or more of its members to receive a Certificate of Merit Team Award from NEHA. The purpose of the team award is to recognize multiple individuals who worked together on a project or program that made a significant contribution to Environmental Health programs within the state of the Affiliate. Recipients are announced during the AEC awards program and in the Journal of Environmental Health. This opportunity for special recognition your members to a national audience is one of the benefits of your affiliation with NEHA.

Please note: Board Policy requires that as long as the Affiliate President is not an active NEHA member, the Affiliate may not nominate candidates for the Certificate of Merit (Individual or Team) or the Mangold Award.

Only a single certificate will be printed, with the names of the team members.  

Deadline for nominations is 30 days prior to the AEC.
