The Office

In this month's column, Dr. Dyjack explains the considerations underway for finding new office space for NEHA as the current lease will be up for renewal in July 2021. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the sense was that NEHA would need more office space than it currently provides. Since COVID-19, the NEHA staff have been in a 100% telework environment. The consensus is that the staff prefer teleworking and supervisors are pleased with staff productivity. As such, there is now a sense that less office space will be needed. Regardless of what is decided for NEHA's office space, the organization will remain committed to identifying and serving the needs of its members and the profession.
