Certified in Comprehensive Food Safety (CCFS) Credential Review Course

The CCFS is a strong core credential for food safety professionals interested in participating in the oversight of human food production, processing, and manufacturing for the US consumer. The CCFS provides a strong foundation in hazard identification and risk assessment, introduces preventive controls concepts in conjunction with other hazard mitigation tools and strategies, and outlines the requirements necessary to verify food safety systems are operating as intended.

Food Bourne Illnesses PowerPoint

Chuck Lichon, R.S., M.P.H., Deputy Health Officer at District Health Department #2 in Michigan, developed a Children’s Environmental Health Power Point Program with the financial assistance of the Dow Chemical Company, Midland, MI.  The Power Points are approximately 25-35 minutes in length, allowing for a presentation to be made during one classroom setting, or to be used for a community presentation, allowing time for Q & A.  Some of the topics include: Sunwise, Body Art, Household Hazardous Waste, Meth, Recreational Water, and more.

Certified Professional - Food Safety Course

The Certified Professional of Food Safety course is a proprietary credential of the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA). Paster Training, Inc. is the preferred provider of the course as selected by NEHA.

The Certified Professional of Food Safety (CP-FS) course has been developed by industry experts to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure safe food in any retail environment — as a quality assurance or quality control manager, a facility manager, a food-safe chemical supplier, or a regulatory inspector.
