Dr. David Dyjack

NEHA has been methodically working through a strategic planning process, which includes considering values statements. These statements represent the core principles and philosophical ideals that will serve to guide NEHA’s decisions and behaviors. As the executive director of NEHA, Dr. David Dyjack uses this month’s column to share his recommendations for values statements, recognizing that his set is just one of a couple dozen that will be considered by the NEHA Board of Directors. These values include servant leadership, thought leadership, care, innovation, and execution.
