REGISTRATION FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Can I request an invoice for my AEC registration?

Yes, please begin your registration and when you arrive at the Billing/Payment page follow the steps below:

  1. Select the option to “Send Me an Invoice” and complete registration.
  2. To print your invoice, go back to your main MyNEHA account page.
  3. Click the "Make a Payment” link listed under your My Account section to review.
  4. Click the “Invoice #” link to view.
  5. Click the "Print this Invoice" to print a PDF version.

* We ask that invoices are paid within 10 business days of registering. 

Can I purchase extra social event tickets?

Yes, you can purchase extra social event tickets as availability permits. If you are already registered, follow the link under the “Events” tab and select “My Events”. You will see your AEC registration listed, to add tickets you’ll click the drop down arrow, and select the option at the bottom “Change Pre Conference Events and Workshops”. Select the event and click “Next”. *You will need to do this for each additional ticket of that specific event. 

How can I register for a pre conference workshop after already registering?

If you are already registered, follow the link under the “Events” tab and select “My Events”. You will see your AEC registration listed, click the drop-down arrow, and click the link at the bottom of the page, “Change Pre Conference Events and Workshops”. Select the event and click “Next”.  

I can no longer attend the AEC, can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your registration by following the link to “Register for the 2020 AEC” and clicking the link “Cancel or Transfer your Registration”. You will complete the form and submit, expect your changes to be made within 10 business days.

Yes, you can cancel your registration by following the link to “Register for the 2020 AEC” and clicking the link “Cancel or Transfer your Registration”. You will complete the form and submit, expect your changes to be made within 10 business days.

What is included with the registration purchases?

With the purchase of a Full Conference Registration, a Full Conference Registration and 1 year Membership, Full Conference Registration for Retirees, and Full Conference Registration for Students, the attendee will receive a complimentary ticket to the Exhibition Grand Opening & Party event, and a complimentary ticket to the A Bite of the Big Apple social event. In addition, student registrants will receive 1 year worth of an Emerging Professional NEHA Membership and an invitation to the Student Reception.

Single Day Registration will only give attendees access to one day of concurrent educational sessions, this does not include any event tickets.

What events are going to be hosted aside from the educational sessions?

Will there be food provided at the conference?

Attendees should expect to purchase most meals on their own. There are, however, a few events where a meal is provided, please visit our First Time Attendee page for further details.​

I purchased social event tickets, when do I receive these?

When you check in at the AEC Registration counter you will receive your name badge, social event tickets, an AEC pocket guide, and special ribbons if you qualify (if you are a Student, First Time Attendee, Technical Advisor, or Past President). 

Can spouses/children attend the conference?

Our AEC Educational Sessions are open to any individuals who register for the conference. If spouses would like to attend the educational sessions, they will need to register for the conference. If they do not register for the conference, they are not permitted in the educational sessions. If spouses would like to attend the AEC events, they will need to have a ticket - please purchase an extra event ticket for the events they would like join in. Children are not permitted to register/attend the educational sessions and we do not recommend for them to accompany attendees to the AEC events. The AEC events are geared towards the attendees to further build connections and network, therefore, they are not curated for children to attend.
