NEHA is excited to announce that it will again partner with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes for the NEHA 2018 AEC and HUD Healthy Homes Conference. The joint conference is scheduled for June 25–28, 2018, at the Marriott Anaheim Hotel, California.
“We are pleased to continue our partnership with NEHA in hosting the 2018 AEC and HUD Healthy Homes Conference. The strength of the conference comes from the diversity of participants from multiple disciplinary lines to share experiences and insights, valuable implementation tools and strategies, and NEHA is well positioned to coalesce this expertise to ensure a robust and successful conference,” said Matthew Ammon, director of the Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes.
NEHA Executive Director Dr. David Dyjack added, “Our long and productive relationship with HUD serves the American public in a manner that ensures children, families, and communities all across the U.S. benefit from the best thinking for the built environment. The 2018 conference promises to be a catalyzing event for anyone associated with environmental health as we create professional bonds, build interdisciplinary bridges, and harvest the benefits of collaboration and cooperation.”
If you would like to share your environmental health knowledge and research with a global audience by presenting at the conference, the Call for Abstracts is open until October 31.
