NEHA Signs Letter to Congress in Support of CDC Vector-Borne Funding

NEHA is proud to join 21 organizations in support of CDC funding for efforts related to vector-borne diseases.The National Environmental Health Association is proud to join 21 organizations on behalf of the Vector-Borne Disease Network in signing a letter to Congress supporting funding for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for efforts related to vector-borne diseases (VBD). The CDC is the first line of defense for our nation’s health, safety, and security, and it is crucial that the agency has the resources it needs to protect Americans from serious threats such as VBD.
