Useful tool, maybe combine with the inspection form?!

Recommend making this a fillable PDF (fields with department, contact info, etc. can be filled in, dividing out sections to make an actual inspection form for inspectors to use in the field & adding second column of check boxes in left margin, In/Out compliance.
