Grant Year 2025-26 Guidance Documents

Final Progress Reports for 2025-26 funded projects, and Annual Progress Reports covering Year 1 of Track 3 Awards, were due on May 15, 2026. Each Final and Annual report includes a Final Payment Request, to be used (when needed) to request payment for completed and funded project objectives for which payment has not already been made. Any overdue report(s) are already in your grant portal and should be submitted as soon as possible.
