Jim Rada to Serve as Regional Vice President for Region 3
NEHA's Governance & Nominations Committee is pleased to announce Jim Rada has been named Regional Vice President - Region 3. Mr. Rada brings more than four decades of diverse professional experience as an environmental public health official at the county government level. He currently serves as the environmental health services division director for Jefferson County Public Health in suburban Denver, Colorado.
In addition to his NEHA leadership, Mr. Rada has participated on many committees, advisory boards and task forces in the development of policies, regulations and legislation with statewide impacts. He has served on the Denver Board of Public Health and Environment, Colorado Water Quality Control Commission, and the Board of Directors of the Council for the Model Aquatic Health Code. Throughout his career, Mr. Rada has been committed to advancing his professional experience as a leader in local environmental and public health, mentoring skilled professionals, and cultivating an innovative, progressive work environment.
